We didn’t even need a new roof as our inspector told us we had at least 15 years left in the wood shake roof. But our insurance company refused to renew us unless we got rid of the wood shakes. It was very expensive, unfortunately.
A new, yet-to-be-titled documentary about the Menendez Brothers and the murder of their parents was filmed at the house.
Jeff Rizzo and Eric Andrist produced a virtual choir video of the song “Candy Cane Lane” changing it to “Christmas Tree Lane” and playing it in front of the house in their display.
Ace is a Heinz57 mutt with his top two breeds being Rottweiler and Chinese Shar-Pei. Jeff and Eric rescued him from a place in Claremont, CA.
“In the Mood for a Haunting?” The Henry Levy House is featured in an article in the newspaper.
Joanne and Brandon Azoo investigate the paranormal activity in the house.
The hit TV show “Ghost Adventures” films at the house for 3 days.
all around the Henry Levy house, replacing cracked cement pathways and broken up (by roots) patios.
Out of date and dangerous knob & tube wiring is replaced after finding poor and illegal wiring splices, and rodent-chewed wiring in the house.
Move in day for Eric Andrist & Jeff Rizzo, dogs Scout, Gracie and Annie, 7 koi and roommate Curtis Thompson.
They live in the house only 2 years and 10 months.

Karl Wenrich who lived in the house with his parents Ken & Eva Wenrich, who was shot on August 5, 2003 and died on Sept 30, 2004.
They live there for about 6 years.
