Original Historic District Document Info: Built ~1924*, this Mediterranean style duplex has an arched entry which has been remodeled to include sliding glass windows and wood trim. In 1926, Carlos Levy, an accountant for Joseph Powers Company, lived at 418 and Oswald Amstin, a salesman, lived at 420.
