**Information provided by Massimo (Max) G. Tappero’s daughter which did not appear in the original historic district documentation. This lot was originally part of the 411 lot (but it was numbered 401 as far back as 1932 and possibly owned by Walter Lathrop at 355 S G), and Max built this house on the corner. There was a little granny flat in the back yard that was torn down.
