The Paul Lehmann House (1915)
Original Historic District Document Info: Built in 1919* for Paul Lehmann; owner of Lehmann Brothers. This side gable, single story bungalow with hip-on gable roof, exposed beams and a graceful curved sidewalk leading to the front door entrance on the North side of the house. There are casement windows across the front of the house and a bay window and brick wall on the left side of the house. It was designed by Los Angeles architect, A.F. Priest.
