Original Historic District Document Info: Built in 1915* for Elmer W. Power; a bookkeeper for A&H Levy Company. This is a California bungalow with an offset gable porch, decorative rafter beams and knee brackets under eaves. It has narrow clapboard exterior.
Note: This is the first house to lay a foundation in the G Street Tract. He didn’t move in until June 1915, and in the meantime several other houses were completed.
*The Ventura County Assessor lists this house as being built in 1915.
