The John Diedrich House (1912)

Original Historic District Document Info: Built in 1912 for John Diedrich; a rancher. This is one of the few cross gable, two story bungalow houses in Oxnard. It was designed by Los Angeles architect, A.C. Martin. It features exposed rafters under eaves and a brick porch with brick columns. The front door has three narrow windows which add to the Craftsman feeling. There is a cement hitching post in the parkway.
