Original Historic District Document Info: Built in 1928* for Albert Guedemann, Assistant Cashier at the Bank of A. Levy. This large two story Colonial Revival has a minimum high-pitched gable roof and narrow clapboard siding. Details include multi-paned windows with louvered shutters, an off-center door flanked by side lights and an arched portico entrance.
The Ventura County Assessor lists this house as being built in 1915.
