Original Historic District Document Info: Built in 1912 for Charles H.Bagley; assistant manager of the Wineman Company. This is a side gable bungalow with a medium-pitched gable roof and clapboard and shingle siding. The porch has been enclosed and the entryway has been changed.
*The Ventura County Assessor lists this house as being built in 1947.
