The Frank H. Walker House (1916)

Original Historic District Document Info: Built ~1912*, this is a cross gable one-story Craftsman bungalow with elephantine columns. It has knee brackets and braces under eaves and decorative beams. Also, two multi-paned sash over one large glass pane — one on each side of the front door.

NOTE: There is a newspaper article circa 1917, though, which mentions the house, and another article with Carlos Levy saying it was built in 1918. But then, a telephone directory lists Frank H. Walker and his wife living there in 1916. For now, I’m going to name it the Frank H. Walker House. (See Below)
