The Frank H. Walker House (1912)

Original Historic District Document Info: Built ~1912*, this is a cross gable one-story Craftsman bungalow with elephantine columns. It has knee brackets and braces under eaves and decorative beams. Also, two multi-paned sash over one large glass pane — one on each side of the front door.

NOTE: There is a newspaper article circa 1917, though, which mentions the house, and another article with Carlos Levy saying it was built in 1918. But then, a telephone directory lists Frank H. Walker and his wife living there in 1916 and an Oxnard map from 1912 shows it existing. For now, I’m going to name it the Frank H. Walker House. (See Below)
