Official Henry Levy House Contacts

•CONSTRUCTION

I think I’ve found lifelong friends and a trustworthy contractor with Loyalty Counts Construction. Adrian, Steve and architect Tony have just been fantastic and I truly feel like they’re looking after the best interests of not only the Henry Levy House but also my best interests. Thanks guys!

Matt Clark and his crew at Clark Drywall did a terrific job patching and plastering all the holes in our walls after we had all of our electrical wiring replaced.

•LANDSCAPING & MAINTENANCE

Andres and his crew did a fantastic job pruning our trees and clearing out the
overgrown hedges along the front fence….and just a really nice bunch of guys!

•PLUMBER

Ed came over very quickly when we had a clogged sink and was friendly, conscientious and had a fair price. He cleaned up after himself and we will definitely be using him as our official plumber.

•POND MAINTENANCE

JUAN GOYENECHE has been taking care of my koi pond since we moved in, and did a terrific job rebuilding portions of it that the original builder did poorly. Juan can be reached at 805-905-1787.

•PLACES WE DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Carlos Hernandez, Realtor—Carlos came over and helped us go through our original real estate contract and gave us extremely helpful area information. We later recommended him to friends on what could have been a very easy and quick real estate transaction, and he really botched it up. He upset my friend’s elderly father so badly he thought he was going to have a heart attack. I later learned that he’s beendsa gossiping about me around the neighborhood.

JOSE MARTINEZ, who advertises on Nextdoor. He hired a guy to help him strip our wrought iron fence and then would drop him off to do all the work. One day he left him sitting here for hours and hours with no way to get home. Jose flaked on the job, then tried to get me to pay him for the whole job even though he only did about 2 of the 14 or so panels. He said he’d have it all done in a week, and he didn’t finish 2 in a month.
