The Henry Levy House, built in 1915, is Ventura County Historic Landmark No. 74, a designated City of Oxnard historical landmark, and a contributing property to the National Register-listed Henry T. Oxnard Historic District.
The Henry Levy House Arts & Heritage Center is a newly formed 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving this landmark as a vibrant cultural hub for the Oxnard community — celebrating local history and heritage, nurturing education and the arts, and working toward the long-term preservation of other historic properties in the district. Since moving here in 2021, the owner has kept the house open to the community through tours, fundraisers, and cultural events. The nonprofit will formalize and expand that mission, making it sustainable for generations to come.
