The house was purchased by Jeff Rizzo & Eric Andrist in June 2021. Sadly, Jeff passed away on May 1, 2023 from pulmonary fibrosis and a local doctor who abandoned his care. You can read the Medical Board of California investigation and recommendation to the Attorney General’s Office below.
