Built ~1918* for Adolph Schroeder; a local carpenter and builder. This California Bungalow features a combination of clapboard and shingles with cutout rectangular wood facing under porch gable. It has exposed beams, rafters, and massive porch columns. The porch has been enclosed and aluminum windows have been added.
