The Emma B. Furrer House (1912)

Original Historic District Document Info: Built ~1916* for Emma B. Furrer. This is a one and half story Craftsman bungalow whose most prominent feature is the broad horizontal offset gable with rectangular shingles, lattice vent and exposed beams. The rafters and beams have decorative notches. Other details include a planter box below the front window and the porch wall and chimney were built using clinker bricks.
*The Ventura County Assessor lists this house as being built in 1912.
