The Charles Reiman House (1912)

Original Historic District Document Info:  Built ~1912* for Casper Wucherfennig. This is a one-and-a-half story bungalow. The medium sloping front gable roof has a large shingled dormer with two small windows, shutters and knee brackets. There are large, arched windows opposite each side of the front door. The porch has been enclosed with multi-paned glass panels and French doors. Brick is used on the low wall, steps and porch in the front of the house. Also, the original chimney was replaced with a new brick chimney.

Note: The original historic district document states that this was built for Casper Wucherpfennig. While articles show he lived there later, he bought the house from Charles Reiman, his brother-in-law in 1915. I’m changing the name of the house here until evidence shows otherwise.
