My Research: 310 S. F was purchased by the Archdiocese in a deed recorded March 29, 1966 in Book 2964, Page 552, for $14,750 with the approval of the Probate Court. The Seller was the estate of Albert J. Dingeman. (Thanks to Kioren Moss for helping with the information).
